MARKET EXPERIENCE
Mr. Lee has over 25 years of planning and design experience in government and commercial markets, including; nuclear facilities (DOE), aviation facilities (DOT), health care, pharmaceutical, hotel, office, water treatment and warehouse occupancies. 

He is experienced in providing drawings, specifications, cost limitation estimates, construction phase services, inspections, procurement, and scheduling for the design and installation of fire protection and security systems.  Mr. Lee also performs crisis management planning, fire hazards analysis, risk assessments, emergency pre-planning and life safety evaluations, as well as review and coordination for conformance with fire protection and security objectives.

MARKET EXPERIENCE

 

Brett Foreman has over 5 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed Fire Protection Engineer.  He has experience with telecommunication and data center projects, aviation facilities, warehouses, water treatment facilities, museums, offices, hospitals, educational facilities, dormitories, sports arenas and high rise buildings.

 

He is experienced in preparing drawings, specifications, and cost limitation estimates for the design and installation of fire protection systems.  Mr. Foreman also performs construction phase services, inspections, emergency pre-planning and life safety evaluations, as well as review and coordination for conformance with fire protection objectives.
